with the publication of our second Sustainability Report,<\/strong> we continue a journey that, year after year, is becoming increasingly structured, conscious, and measurable. For C. Tessile S.p.A., this document represents not only a reporting milestone, but above all an opportunity to reflect on the value of the choices we have made and on the direction we intend to continue pursuing.<\/p>\n

While the first Report marked the beginning of a fundamental process aimed at making our commitments transparent, this second chapter demonstrates our determination to consolidate what has been undertaken by further integrating sustainability into our corporate strategy and daily operational decisions.<\/p>\n

Today, the textile industry is at the center of a profound transformation, driven by growing regulatory, environmental, and social expectations. In this context, C. Tessile S.p.A. has chosen to address these challenges with responsibility and a proactive spirit, strengthening its monitoring, traceability, and control systems while promoting an operating model focused on quality, product durability, and resource optimization. In this framework, our ESG department has become fully operational, working methodically and competently to respond to current and future challenges, including those related to the evolution of the European regulatory framework.<\/p>\n

We have also introduced due diligence procedures for GOTS-certified products and intend to progressively extend traceability activities to other product categories, with the goal of further strengthening transparency and control throughout the supply chain.<\/p>\n

A particularly significant strategic step has also been taken in terms of supply chain vertical integration through the acquisition of Spoerry, a historic Swiss yarn manufacturer internationally recognized for the excellence of its products. This integration allows us to extend direct control over a key phase of the production process, further reinforcing the quality, traceability, and reliability of our value chain.<\/p>\n

At our Guanzate headquarters, charging stations for private electric vehicles have been installed, leveraging the energy produced by our photovoltaic system. This represents a further step toward more efficient use of energy resources and supports a gradual transition toward lower-impact mobility solutions, also in view of a future renewal of the company vehicle fleet.<\/p>\n

An additional improvement has been achieved through the relocation of the yarn warehouse to our Cerro Maggiore site, within a modern and efficient facility designed to optimize operational management while contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and environmental impacts.<\/p>\n

This second Report does not represent a final destination, but rather an intermediate milestone within a continuous improvement journey. The objectives ahead of us are ambitious and will require commitment, collaboration, and a long-term vision. We are ready to face them responsibly, aware that only through a structured and shared approach can a solid and sustainable future be built.<\/p>\n

I would like to thank all the people who contribute every day, through their work, to the growth of C. Tessile S.p.A., as well as the clients, partners, and suppliers who accompany us on this journey. We intend to further strengthen dialogue and transparency on sustainability matters by increasingly engaging all our stakeholders.<\/p>\n

To date, no reports have been recorded. Furthermore, C.
